What we collect
When you request an introduction, we receive only what you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, property location, who introduced you, and anything you tell us about the property.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to care for your property. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never add it to marketing lists.
Who else sees it
No one, apart from the service that delivers website inquiries to us, and only as needed to do so. We will disclose information only if required by law.
Client information
Details about client properties, schedules, access, and households are held in strict confidence, stored securely, and shared only with the trades you approve. We are glad to sign your NDA.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
